I am looking at ordering a new Signia LImited. I presently own a 2019 Avalon Hybrid Limited and a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid XLE (Trading in the Avalon). My present vehicles weigh 3715 and 3755 lbs respectively. The Signia weight is listed as 4210 lbs. My question for the group is: Why is the Signia 500 lbs heavier? I assume the extra weight is responsible for the sub-40 mpg rating. Ideas?
