Hello fellow crown-ians! Picked up my 2024 Crown Limited last week, and took my first road trip, about 250 miles to visit family.

Loving the car. Still making my way through the manuals and discovering new features.

It's the "off the shelf" Limited (no tech package) but with a premium color (supersonic red) and the all-weather mats. I did get the tire plan, not for the nitrogen in the tires, because WTF does that do, but for the tire repair/replacement. Also got the 10-yr premium protection plan for $1745.

Mileage at pickup was 15.8k. $42.4 out the door.

Not the best, I know. I'm not great on haggling/negotiating. But it's a 2024 built in 2024 (April, delivered originally in June), so a 1 yr old car for 20% less than new models with basically all the same options. I can live with that.

Last (and only other) Toyota purchase was a new Highlander. New because 2 and 3 yr old used was less than 10% off new. I usually get cars 1 to 3 years old used and then drive them for 10+ years.

You did fine. I purchased a brand new 2025 Toyota Crown Sedan XLE in supersonic red(love it) as well. Build date on mine was first week of February this year. On the sticker side, I believe the options were mud guards, rear bumper appliqué, the premium paint and all weather mats. BUT they also had dealer add-ons. 1)ceramic window tint 2) ceramic coating 3) paint protection, partial hood and fender fronts. 4) paint protection door cups, and edge guards 5)wheel locks 6) logo side puddle lamps. the total of those add-ons? 5k! 😂 So the MSRP was $43,548.00. With the add ons, $48,412.00. Guess what. I paid $39,500.00. Plus tax/fees. 4k off MSRP so I paid MSRP out the door. I did good too.(dealer add ons were free) it also came with the alarm(free)dealers use on their lots overnight.
